Hit
the ground running! Clay Corner Inn Bed & Breakfast, located a block from the
Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg, has re-opened after a three year hiatus!
Operated very successfully for several years by the current owners, the B&B
was closed in 2004 for tax and family reasons. Not wishing to leave the
property as a non-producing asset, the owners have updated and newly furnished
the B&B and are again demonstrating how a superior location, a proven
operating model, and a flexible facility can make money in the small lodging
